Enemy Within Diary Gene Mods Are a Subtle Force Multiplier

I don't try to use too many Gene Mods on one person, due to extra Fatigue cost and Modification Time. I don't really find Credits/Meld cost a big issue, but having someone out for 1-2 weeks to do it and having them out for possibly an extra day after every mission is a big bummer.

Gene mods should require you to actually heavily invest into a soldier you want to mod. One soldier with mimetic skin is perfectly balanced and really adds to it. Six are broken. Augmentations are fine, allthough I feel like their existance kinda breaks the sub plot about morals the game had.
